Information for Referrers
If you are considering referring someone to Saje to participate in the Saje Programme, click here for further information.
We plan to return to in-person groups in August 2021 on a limited basis, with programmes in Dunfermline and Glenrothes.
We are now taking referrals for our online groups also starting in August. If you’re interested in attending, please contact us. Groups will take place on the free online video conferencing app Zoom at various times during the week. Don’t worry if you haven’t used Zoom before, we can help you get set up!
Note: an online group would not be safe for someone who is in isolation with their abuser. If you are still living with your abuser and would like support, please contact us or see the safety plan page here as well as a list of other organisations who can help you here. In an emergency, always call Police Scotland on 999.
And for those who have completed the Saje Programme, you can book a place on the online Toolkit For Life course.
We also have bespoke programmes running:
– Saje for Women with Learning Difficulties
– Lesbian and Bisexual+ – an new group developed with women from the lesbian community living with abuse will start soon.
Contact us for info.
We also have informal meet-up groups called the Drop-in Café, currently taking place on Zoom. The groups are for women to come along and meet other women who’ve also been subjected to domestic abuse or controlling relationships, in a relaxed, casual setting. Come along to:
*Hear more about the range of Saje Programmes
*Have a blether, and virtual coffee, tea and biscuits!
