What is domestic abuse?

Domestic abuse is perpetrated by a partner or ex-partner and can include:

  • Physical abuse
  • Mental abuse
  • Sexual abuse

It is widespread in our Scotland affecting at least 1:4 women at some time in their life. Find out more

The Saje Program

What is it? It is a course that will make sense of the abuse you have been subjected to. It will reduce the shame and blame you are maybe feeling. It will help you to start to heal. It will help you move forward with your life. It will let you know you are not the only one. Find out more
